Marketed as delight for music lovers, Chhand Priticha is good as a standalone music album. But when it comes to the story and screenplay, the film falls flat on its face. Based on the 3 main characters of Shahir Satyavan, Lavani dancer Chandra and Dholki player Rajaram, the film revolves too much around the Tamasha genre that it fails to weave the actual thread of interpersonal relationships between these characters. Director N. Relekar depend to heavily on the 70's melodrama which did not work for current generation viewers.
When you decide to make a film on a Marathi comic book character Faster Fene created by B. R. Bhagwat, you are taking a huge risk and your adaptation will be compared with the original material. Writer Kshitij Patwardhan and director Aditya Sarpotdar has taken that risk and created a new age Faster Fene of 2017, who is still connected to its original book self. His ideologies are same about life and for solving a crime case, he uses the latest gadgets. The screen adaptation is very well polished to keep viewers glued to the screen all the time.

The film has received mixed reviews from the critics, but the public reviews are all positive. The film has collected a total of 1.48 crores at the box office in 3 days (Fri to Sun).
SS Rajamouli's magnum opus film Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion has crossed one more record and created history today. The film became the first Indian film to cross Rs. 1000 Crore Worldwide box office collections. It has beaten the 2nd hightest grossing PK (792 Crore) by a hugh margin.
Bahubali 2 - The Conclusion has grossed an unimaginable Worldwide number in excess 500 crore in all languages in just three days. The India gross business is 385 crore apprx while Overseas is over $18-19 million (3 days only, not including previews). The Overseas figures are conservative estimates as the Telugu and Tamil versions are playing on hire at many places at double or treble the normal ticket rates and this is not reported.
Bahubali 2 - The Conclusion continued to wreck havoc across India as it had another 100 crore nett day after a huge 122 crore nett on day one. The Hindi version had hardly any drop and the main drop came from Nizam / andhra which was expected and now the film will settle in that state after an humungous first day.
